Making Progress

Here is some progress that I have made over the past couple months. Lost Wages helped me set the cab back on today...that is one rust free cab!!

We had so much fun

we decided to go ahead and put the radiator support, doors, and fenders on to make sure everything fit. Suprisingly, it all fit back together very well.

wish i could find a rustfree cab. did you do the work to fix the rust or is it a rustfree cab before primer?

He had it powder coated. You should see the pics he posted when he got it back, he had the whole udercarrage done, looks sweet.

Thanks Randy. As he said, I had the frame powder coated Viper Red and the springs and such done in a grey hammer.

The truck itself will be Viper Red as well. Long ways to go before paint! I'll post pics when the bed is on. I sure wish I could find a rust free drivers fender for that bed!! LOL

Yeah, I'd like to find "any" rust free stepfender. I don't think they exist (not on the east coast) If you want to see what a gallon of bondo looks like, look at my rear fender.
