Saskatchewan Burb up for tender
Here is one in great shape . It's up for tender in Esterhazy Sask

Fire Dept. Trucks are always well looked after... Wish the local Fire Dept.'s had a few 67-72 trucks but sadly they (had) fords....

our local search and rescue has a 69-72 gmc burb 4x4...i bet there is a lineup for that truck though

That's a potash community...Id look at how bad it may be rusted. But being FD it may be alright.

not only are they well maintained but usually they can give ya all the service records etc i bought an old fire truck ( a pickup with a utility body on it) and it had a crate motor installed a year before that truck went everywhere

Fire dept. trucks are usually low miles and overserviced.If you can get it for good$$$ then it ought to be a great ride.It should be up to daily driver standards right off.As far as being a potash community, what difference does that make when you know the fire dept kept it washed waxed and stored inside?I would think it would be one of the least rusted examples around.

with a FD rig like that you never have to plug a parking meter again, I bought a ex school district van for work, they left the decal on the side, I quickly realized that you don't get any parking tickets, never plugged the meter again with that thing
