transfer case trouble!!
I snapped off the output shaft of my transfer case, and I'm not sure what model it is or where to locate parts or a replacement. I know its not a NP 203, it has dana on the housing. Can you guys tell me what model it is, and what I can replace or fix it with? If it is a model 20, is it compatable with the jeep model 20's? My case is behind a 350 and a four spd manual, in a 70 blazer. Thanks in advance, Willie

Which shaft did you break off? Front or rear?
I never heard of a dana case in a 70 chevy, But I don't know anything about blazers.

I had the same t-case in my 69 blazer. It is a dana 20. Its odd that yours has a 4 speed because they only came behind 3 speeds (or thats what I thought). I called advance adapters years ago about this t-case and they said that it is on its own. Meaning there is no other t-case like it. They actually wanted to buy my case so they could do research on it. That was back in 1994 so Im sure things changed since then. Dont know if you could swap parts out of another dana 20 or not. If it was me Id put a 205 in it and be done.
