Brake line Size
I just installed my new Master Cylinder with proportion valve, on my 64 C10.
The proportion valve is a GM PV-2 from CPP. It's basically a generic Corvette Disc /Drum used in most hot rod applications. Here is a pic. I need to run (2) new brake lines, one to each caliper, and one line to the rear drum brakes. The second pic shows 3/16 brake lines to both front and rear, does that sound right for our trucks. |

Re: Brake line Size
Originally you had some 1/4" when the single pot supplied everything. When I put in a dual cylinder for drums all around I used adapters but if you are changing to all new 3/16" lines everywhere your diagram is probably based on tried and true results.

Re: Brake line Size
mine is 3/16" to each front and 1/4" to the rear and then splits into 3/16"...you can get different size lines with the same size nut...
