What is the correct temp thermostat to run in a 350?

Napa's online catalog states that a 195 degree is OE.

180-195 is about right, depends if you going to be running it in the summer or the winter, but it seems that the times are gone for switching your thermostats for the seasons

Ok 195 it is. I thought that I stuck a 180 in there when I put in the new engine. Oh well looks like a 195 is going in when I do the manifold.
