Gate and hatch values?
I haven't looked at prices lately mostly because you don't see em for sale. Any ideas on what a decent gate and decent hatches are going for these days. I imagine ones that have zero rust are stratosphere, but how bout really nice gates that will need minor repair? What have you guys been seeing?
I have nice barn doors, just thinking about a gate/hatch instead. This isn't any kind of for sale (barn doors) thread. |

From what I have seen, the hatch will command more money than the gate. Prices have been all over the place as well so I would say actual condition and location will play a huge factor in pricing since shipping , as you know "kills the deal" in a lot of instances. For someone really needed a good hatch that may not be the case though since they are getting real hard to find. With that said hatches I would say 150-500 and gates 100-350 plus shipping (on the east coast anyway)

Re: Gate and hatch values?
That is not what I was expecting to be honest. I was thinking they would command a lot more money ... good news for me =)

Re: Gate and hatch values?
I sold a hatch for $200 that needed a lot of work.
