anyone recognise this 64 c10 converted gmc??

looking at possibly trading for this 64 c10 swb, its been converted to chevy with the front clip and tailgate, owner says its a 383 with th400 and 12 bolt rear with 373 posi....build looks to be a nice 80's build with prime wheels and a tape deck...currently its in northern Idaho, but the owner says everything was done when he got it a few year's ago

hopefully someone can tell me a bit more about the truck, I might be trading him for my 52 styleline deluxe

I had those exact same Prime wheels on a Camaro back in 97-98......I actually might still have the center caps for them out in the shop.

I don't know exactly where in North Idaho this truck is but I do not recall seeing it around CDA. Was the truck built here locally?

I saw that it was on Craigslist. The ad says Twin Lakes, which is really close to me, but I haven't ever seen the truck driving around or at any shows.

Re: anyone recognise this 64 c10 converted gmc??

hes and older retired guy, im guessing he dosent get out much, he said heas had the truck for about 3 years, im supposed to meet up with him sunday.
my car is worth a bit more, but if the truck is as clean as it looks in the pictures, I may just do the trade...the interior needs an update like crazy, the wheels gotta go as well as the tape deck...and the box he has the shifter on has gotta go too, possible a lokar in its place...heres a few more pics

Re: anyone recognise this 64 c10 converted gmc??

What I'm seeing is 07 being the month that the license expires and 2019 is the year. The licensing on this truck expired at the end of July.....or at least the pics were taken prior to the end of July.

captain, found out it was originally built by someone who was working at Colfax autobody in Colfax Washington along time ago...then sold to the guy I got it from in northern Idaho
