4 front shocks vs. 2?
My 90 Suburban has 4 front shocks from the factory (1990 V2500 3/4ton 4x4)
All of the aftermarket lift kits only have 2 for the front. Are the aftermarket shocks good enough to use only 1 per side when the factory used 2? Or, would I need to get an extra set of the aftermarket shocks to replace the other 2? I am looking at a 2in lift, no more than 35in tires and using it for more Overlanding than 4 wheeling. |

Re: 4 front shocks vs. 2?
The 91 burb I parted out had 4 shocks...but it looked like a add on kit...not factory...may have been factory though...
But anyway Single shocks work very well...just get a quality shock and you'll be fine
