I have looked quite a few places but like you the only thing I see is complete boxes being offered. Not wanting to spend $200 plus for one plate though. I can fix these just would rather find some maybe on a damaged box. I would buy all the rear plates if needed.

Heading to chincoteague in the morning but towing a camper. I may have 2 boxes with good plates how 35 ea. for the boxes. I will have to double check and can bring along if you meet me.

I scrapped it with a screw driver and seemed fine but I found one even nicer today.
