That looks like something we did to a Ford van when I was a cub scout leader at camp. We turned it into a spaceship overnight with the help of several large rolls of aluminium cooking foil, some big cardboard tubes, some flashing lights, a disco smoke machine and lots of duct tape.

That belongs to a fellow board member. It belonged to his grandfather that had gone off his nut (no offence). He was trying to build a space ship out of it. After his grand son got a hold of it and cleaned it up, It's actually a very nice truck

If I remember right, the kid's father sold it to someone else for a song a short time later. The kid was pretty pissed.
