Looks like a joy rider to me. I think any joy riding little punk should A) have their ability to get a driver's license revoked for the remainder of their natural life, B) have to repay 150% of ALL damages, C) spend no less than 3 months in the cooler, and D) have to endure 30 minutes in a nice, quiet room with the owner and anyone the owner decides to bring along.

My cousin has a F-250 super duty turbo diesel. He put the computer reprammer on it and was able to roast an import that wanted to street race. I sent him this thread, he'll love it.
