WTB: Good running SBC
The engine in my new Burb is worn out. Would like to find and excellent running 350 or 400 to put in it. Prefer something close to a stock rebuild as I will be dressing it up in stock 1972 configuration. Something from a 1971 or 1972 truck would be ideal. Not in a rush, just wanted to see if something like that was out there.

Re: WTB: Good running SBC
Have a running small block in my garaged 72 I will be pulling in the next month. Has not been driven on for about 15+ years. Starts up right away (couple of years ago) fairly certain it is not original as this was a shop school teachers truck in a small town. Going with an LSA/6l90e so I do not need motor or trans. Want to get rid of the stuff once I pull it. Will check motor for size in the next month. TH350 4x4 trans. I am in So Cal where are you?
