testing the waters--1970 for sale

ive got a 1970 lwb 2wd id like to sell, no bed, 68 chevy front clip, decent doors, decent cab, needs rockers and floor supports, comes with 5 lug 1970 rear no gears, and 9" ford rear shell. no hood letters, no interior, no windsheild, no back or front window rubber, custom dash. the title was junked by the previous owner but i will have one in my name before i sell it. the front of the frame is cut off for a roll pan, the frame is welded together under the cab because the previous owner started to put a tube frame on the back and i didnt want to do it this way so i welded on a peice of another frame i had. no engine and tranny, but has 6 cyl/manual mounts (had a 350/auto in it a while, manual mount cut at the sides to let the auto slide in) 6 cyl mounts were left there to transfer weight to the rear. asking price is $1500 OBO, it will be ready to sell in a month or 2. any interest for when its ready?
