14 bolt measurements.
Swapping in the 14 bolt and would like to know what the spring perch measurements are. Center to center and perch to backing plate flange. Just want to get everything lined up for now. Will have to set the pinion angle before welding on the perches.

Re: 14 bolt measurements.
I wouldn't trust anyone's measurements. Just drop your axle and measure the springs center to center. Make sure they're hanging plumb with the frame and straight down and not bound up. Subtract that measurement from the width of axle divide by two. That's the center from your backing plates. Probably other ways also, but my point is to get "your setup" measured for fit.

Re: 14 bolt measurements.
Thanks Jeff, 42.5 at the shackles. Will have to plumb the springs in the center to get them straight. Then I can just split the distance from the axle flange to the spring perches.

Re: 14 bolt measurements.
Ok, and your axle is assembled so use the WMS(Wheel mounting surface) to pull your measurement for Axle width. SRW should be around 68". But don't take the internet's word for it. You right now have the opportunity to assemble it piano using your good measurements.
