Does anyone have instructions for the install of a factory auxiliary tank? (the one that looks like the in cab tank but mounted on the side of the bed) I thought I saw them posted somewhere but can't track it down again.

Can anyone provide measurements for the center of the filler neck hole in the bottom of the bed from the front of the bed (closest to cab)? And a measurement from the top of the bed rail to the center of the filler neck going out to the fender?
