i stick with the GM stuff and i go 45 for hei and 35 for points to me anything else is gonna be almost a waste of money on a stock set up

It seems your question has been answered - what are you still asking about? BTW, plugs etc will let the engine operate properly, but will not give "more power".

I have a 350 w/ hei`.It has accel coil and plugs I tried many different gaps and ended up right back at .035. Try a couple different gaps until you get the best burn.Good luck
