Question REAR DISK BRAKES ON A 72c10

WHO HAS INSTALLED DISK BRAKES ON THE REAR OF THERE CLASSIC?
WHATS THE BEST (BUDGET) WAY TO GO ABOUT IT.
I WANT TO BUY THE BOLT ON BRACKETS,GO TO THE WRECKIN YARD,GET THE ROTERS AND CALIPERS AND GO FROM THERE.
I DONT KNOW WHAT YEAR AND MAKE CAR ROTERS AND CALIPERS I WILL NEED.
ANY HELP,PICS AND COMMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

This will give you an idea of some parts that will work. Some people have swapped in the whole diff of other cars with 5 on 5 bolt pattern, maybe Lincoln.
