Re: WTB Fiber optic light bulb receptacle

No fiber optic receptacle on a tilt wheel. There a gray wire from the turn signal harness that plugs into a fuze block connector spade.

Re: WTB Fiber optic light bulb receptacle

Here are some of our saved file pics to go along with davestrucks above reply on this subject, the non-tilt column/fiber optic and tilt only/bulb & wire A.T. shift indicator parts are completely different from one another, see pics for differences. If interested, we do have a tilt specific NOS turn signal switch with the extra bulb socket & power wire harness available in the below linked parts board F/S thread, it's listed as item #16. Let us know if needed, Mel

Re: WTB Fiber optic light bulb receptacle

Thank you again for posting this. I also found a some additional information you posted on how to install. I think I am actually good on parts. The only thing I could use is a green lense cover. Mine is pretty much yellow at this point.

Re: WTB Fiber optic light bulb receptacle

I have the original column in my 72, the lens cover in the tilt is yellow also. They must have made different ones.
