Quick question: Return line-TBI to Carb
OK, I can't go out to find what size to order rubber hose, because it's muddy and sloppy from raining...what size fuel line is the return line on each side where the fuel filter connect and mounts to the frame.
I'm running a electric fuel pump in place of the fuel filter. I've already swapped to the hei have it wired up and carb not to get the fuel system buttoned up. Resistor for the alternator. As always thanks in advance for your help! It is greatly appreciated! 1990 suburban 5.7 tbi 700r4

Re: Quick question: Return line-TBI to Carb
When I did all my hoses, I just cut a small piece off each hose. Took it to Advanced Auto and they had all the hose I needed. I just got more than enough length of all of it.

Re: Quick question: Return line-TBI to Carb
3/8" feed and 5/16 return is the std for these rigs over the years .
did you bypass or swap the intank pump ? you can NOT suck threw a intank pump and feed the engine . also the pump pushes fuel better than sucking fuel . if you still have the intank pump get a return style regulator and plumb it in and there you go problem solved .
