Rear end change

When I picked up my 68 C 10 notice someone changed the rear end and I'm needing to buy new E break cables the end ones to the wheels the rear end someone put in the truck the cable hooks up different than the cable that was left on the truck .can someone help with this.

probably have to find 68 backing plates for your setup coil or leaves
