Brush Guards - Texas Tribute

A couple of years ago I bought a collection of 3 aftermarket 67-72 brush guards from a board member in Texas. They came in their natural state so I had 2 of them straightened, media blasted and painted. I thought the 3rd one deserved special treatment so I had it cleaned up and replated at vast expense as a tribute to all of you board members in the great state of Texas. Anyone sent a letter lately to Fort Worth 6, Texas?

Nicely done. Google Maps says there's a neighborhood called Stop 6 in Fort Worth. Maybe there was once a fabrication shop there.

That turned out really nice! I've had several like that. I've also had tbe "Smash Hit" that was the same but i think the center medalian was square instead. Both I believe were made by the same company. I don't know how much protection they actually give but they're the best looking guards out there. They give a more classy look and dont.hide the grill like others.

03BlkZ grill guard is a Smash Hit. The Perry Company, Waco Texas. I have one on my '69 short step.
