1967 disc brake master cylinder options?

I have a 1967 C10 which I converted to disc brake front brakes. I have a big cam in the truck and the brake booster doses not stop the truck very well. I have seen several truck with disc/drum setups and the were using no brake boosters just a master cylinder. I was told all you need is just a corvette master cylinder with out a brake booster. What master cylinder in this setuo are you guys using? thanks Rick

I would use hydroboost..my 2 cents
If you want to run no booster at all then you'll need a disc/drum master cyl...I'd call cpp, tell them what you have and want...they'll hook you up..

Non power disc set-ups should have a smaller bore size vs. a system w/a 'booster'. If not, the pedal may not produce adequate line pressure. Just swapping in a different master cylinder w/o making sure it's correct is like flipping a coin when spending money.
