Bench seat fitment?
Hopefully a quick question to all the years of experience on this board.
Will a bench seat from a 1967 Chevy C10 fit our trucks? Gas tank has been move to back under bed. If not, what are the best years to search for that will fit? Thanks. |

Re: Bench seat fitment?
I have no idea if one will fit, you'd have to see how it sets in the cab and measure side to side. If you are talking about a 55 2nd series, I bought a bench seat from a 1990 Suburban. Fits perfectly.

Re: Bench seat fitment?
I did a 90s split bench in my 56 .
I had to get the 2 more left and right outer bench seat legs to replace the inner right and left legs on the split bench’s as they are shorter because of the 90s floor hump. I mounted it on 2 2x4s laid across the cab floor to get the seat height I was after , one at the front and one at the rear.

Re: Bench seat fitment?
Guys,
Thanks. Sounds like the 67 bench won't fit. Will sell the one I have and look for the 90's bench. Appreciate the insight. |
