Can anybody tell me if a 67/8 cowl hood will fit on a 70?
I just got a great deal on a 67/68 cowl hood. Now I’ve heard some rumors that the 67/68 Fenders are slightly different. The question is will it fit and how well will it fit?

Thanks guys. Looks like I need to trim 1 1/2” and use the 67 core support I have out back.

The 67 hood I’m using is fiberglass. Meant for hinges not 4 pins. Any links on how to mod them?

You can get an AMD 2” cowl hood for just over $400. If you can find a retailer close to you you can pick it up and save the shipping. No need to bastardize the truck core support or the 67-68 hood which you could sell. Make sure that the 67-68 core support will allow you to bolt up your 70 grill supports.
