4x4 Sway bars?

Is there a such thing as front and rear sway bars for 4x4s? Are they much diff than 2wds? Just wondering.

You should proably ask this on the 67-72 truck board.

Anyway...the bars are different. I have seen stock front 4x4 sway bars on 73-87's before, but i don't think they came stock on these trucks.....

Talking Rear swaybar

Look for Bread trucks or Motor homes some have 1" rear swaybars, I have a set off a 72 motor home. Later Willis

I installed a front sway bar on my 71 4x4, it came off a 78 blazer, bolted right on the spring perch, you just have to make a bracket to hold the sway bar to the front cross member, I haven't ever come across a rear sway for one of theses trucks,. If I'm not mistaken they didn't come with sway bars for the 4x4's
