This is how you lift the cab off your truck

It's great when you have the right tools for the job!

Yah. I guess so maybe.
The doors were still on it, and so I couldnt go through the sides, or It would have tweaked the upper door frames.
It is a 67, and I figured there was enough strength at the back window because the window being smaller and all.
The cab was totally empty except the doors.
Maybe I am lucky nothing tweaked

i was just gunna say couldnt you use a bridal? if it were a big back window i guess but 67 might be kinda hard...just thinking the 4 points mightve distributed the weight better

Here is how I do my cab swaps. The old rusty cabs don't get this much care obviously.

last cab swap was done on a 76. Someone used a strap and lifted it with a strap through the door openings and as a result they bent up the drip rails when i took the cab off of the truck me and four buddies humped it over ourselves did no damage at all
