Freebeeee!
Guys and Gals for that matter.....
I have a 235 Straight 6 and a 3 spd tranny located in Granbury TX. It came out of a parts truck and looks complete. I would at least tear it down and re-gasket the engine and see what happens? FWIW it came from a 48 Chevy 1/2 ton that had been converted to a 235 CID sometime in its life. Shoot me an email if ya want it? brotherbob@charter.net

You could probably do better at http://www.stovebolt.com/ and go to the swapmeet section. Lots of guys there running 235's.

Tranny found a new owner.
I still have a 235. I forgot about stovebolt. All gone! A board member came out and picked her up this weekend. Thanks Dan
