PS pump for hydroboost $$free$$

Here’s a pump for hydroboost. It came off a long water pump SBC 400 in a 79 van/RV.
It has the 2 return lines.
It has the later pressure fitting for the o-ring style lines.
It has a rebuilder sticker on it, looks fairly clean.
It is free for local pickup. I’m in Centennial, and work in Commerce city

Thats a real neat setup. The brackets fit the same as factory 69-72, except the long upper part bolts to the exhaust manifold front hole. 4.3 s-10’s use one that is similar i think.
Not sure if the pulley would line up or not.
What you could do is swap in a stock pump with keyed pulley on that reservoir and brackets.

Yep. That’s why I grabbed it, figured someone could use it even if it wasn’t me.
Im going to use the hydroboost unit from the van with the old style compression hydro fittings. That’s why this pump has the o-ring fitting. I swapped the fitting out on my LS pump.
This setup would be great for someone using the Astro van hydroboost and long water pump with the newer o-ring style steering box.
GM used the same pump internals for so many years. My 04 LQ4 has the same pump. All they really changed over the years was the pulley/shaft style and outlet fitting.
