67 emblem help

Are the emblems On both front fenders identical, the bowtie with the 10 underneath? I thought they would be but there are four holes on the driver side and only three on the passenger side.

Re: 67 emblem help

The driver side holes look correct for the red bowtie with 10 underneath.

Re: 67 emblem help

Passenger is a GM fender. They were rectangular and it would have been "910" "920" or "930"

Re: 67 emblem help

Pass side could also have been a donor from a Chev custom camper.

Re: 67 emblem help

Thanks for your replies, I’m still confused on why the passenger side would have only three holes

Passenger side fender is likely from a different model truck (Custom Camper or Canadian GMC) that had a rectangular emblem that used 3 holes to fasten to the fender. Those factory bowtie with the “10” below are a lot bigger than the smaller rectangular ones which is likely why they need 4 holes in the fender.

Re: 67 emblem help

I suppose it’s also possible that the lower hole is from a dealer emblem.
