wtb inline 6 air cleaner assembly
Looking for the off set air cleaner assembly for a 250,292 inline 6 used in the power brake trucks and step vans. Also a fuel sending unit for a 71 Gruman delivery van (UPS) equipped with 292 and manual trans.

I think this is what he is looking for. I guess I should have picked that one up from the junkyard a couple months ago. I was trying to talk him down to $20 from $25 and it didnt work :p

This is what I have. It came from a mid-70's Chevy Van with a 292. The coating that was on it had pealed in several spots so I sandblasted it (major pain) and painted it (not my best job, you will probably want to redo it). The lid has what appears to be a couple of dings (not bad but I don't know if you need it for a show quality truck or not) and the hole for mounting the bottom portion of the air cleaner is wallowed out a little bit (see second picture). The only thing I don't have is the rod that goes on top of the carb but this can be easily made. I was going to use it on my truck but I won't be converting to power brakes anytime soon, if ever, so I fugure I can let it go. I have not seen many of these in my junking days so I would like to get $50 plus shipping for it. I would take an "in-store" credit if you like.

Did it have a stove pipe coming off the heat shield on the exhaust? If so I believe I have a NOS stove pipe. If you need it let me know and I will get you a pic and the number off of it.
