Question disc brakes

I'm new to this forum, but from what I can tell, it seems to be a great resouce. I have a 70 K10 that has drum brakes all the way around. I would like to put front disc, but I'm not sure what all I need. I don't want to replace the whole dif if I don't have too because it was recently rebuilt. As far as I can tell, all I need are the backing plates, calipers, rotors, and the propotioning valve. If I also need to change the spindles, where could I pick those up at. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your 70 should have an open knuckle drum brake dana 44 front axle. If so all you need is the spindles out and you can convert it to disk brake. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com
