I don't know what the technical name is for it . I call it a coupler.You probably don't need a new one, you just need a new rubber boot for it so the grease doesn't ooze out. I don't know if the boots are reproduced or not, I have never needed to replace one.

Inline tube sells those grease boots and retaining clips.
