Steering Wheel adapter

Does anyone know what Steering wheel this is, I am trying to find the adapter for it. thanks.

A guess i would say Grant pop that horn button off and check what it says
looks a lot like the Grant bowtie button I have for my truck

you could pull it the center section off and there should be maker name and model of wheel number there

The Steering Wheel is not installed, I have looked and dont see anything that shows manufacturer or model number on it.
I too thought it was a Grant but after looking online I was not able to find anything like it on their website but I am also not sure how old it is either...
