200,000 miles a new mindset.
As I reflect on my recent purchase of my 2004 GMC Sierra ...it was the styling of the 2004 that drew me to this particular model as did my other truck... A 1970 C10. But if you would have told me that I would buy a truck with over 200,000 miles as a second vehicle ... I would have rolled my eyes. So my goal is to keep it unless the body falls off the wheels. I am in process of buying accessories to update it. New radio, back-up camera, bed cover, LED Lights, etc. Let the fun begin at a much lower cost than a new truck.

Yes, 200k miles is easy these days. Better material, better engineering. However, tolerances are much tighter, so routine maintenance is a must.
