How Common?
How common are the factory suburban bucket seats? I'm talking about the wide low back seats. Did they come with a console or not? What about seat belt attachment? Pictures would be good too. What do you know about them. Thanks!

If you are talking about the 67-68 suburbans they would be pretty uncommon. I have a set in a 68 burb. there is a seat cushion over the console "tray" but no back rest on the burb. When in a truck they had a fold down arm rest/back rest for the middle seat.

da-burb thanks for the PM
I get what you're saying now.....They look just like the 67-68 truck buckets except the center section is different. The buckets in my burb are different. I know blazers came with utility buckets vs the more common regular buckets. Is that possible on the suburbans too? Did they come with utility buckets?

My suburban has the utility buckets in it with no console. Does anyone know if this was original (they sure look original) Did they come with a console? Does anyone else have them in their Burb. I was told this was a Forest Serrvice truck.

Thanks for all the pictures!!!
My Suburban seats are definately different. They have the metal backs and mount seperately to the floor unlike yours that mount on the "one seatrack" They look just like the pictures of utility buckets that I have seen on this board. I'm trying to make room for my burb at my house so I can work on it and more easily take pictures.

I have come across utilty buckets in suburbans..., and none had console that I saw. But these were 67-68 panels not the glass sided burbs.
I'd swap a truck 67-68 bucket console for a burb 67-68 console if anyone is interested.
