1954 3100 Transmission Oil
I finally changed the transmission oil on my 1954 Chev 3100 4 speed.
When I removed the filler plug, fluid started running out of the fill port. It was orange in color - about half a cup. I drained the rest of the oil and it was dark brown. The oil separated orange color on top. I put the mineral oil based fluid from Napa in it. Transmission now has less whine while driving. From the picture and description - is this water from condensation? |

Condensation or being under water at one time.
