interior build

on to my interior build. 1978 C10 Silverado.

Need the following :
Carpet, seatbelts ,dash pad, Any suggestions on brands? I am most curious on the seatbelts. Seems to be a couple sellers on ebay that sells new three point retractable belts. has anyone used these. I want something that looks like oem but I can live with a good looking functioning seatbelt.

I have had those aftermarket belts and you won’t like them. Check out my build thread, I have been restoring seatbelts. What color do you need?

Re: interior build

I noticed there is different reds for dash pads and carpet for different years. I don't care about original red I am going to have my seats down in the GM red/ black Hounds tooth. Anyone know what red would come close. i think I will ask USA to send me samples. I hope they will do that

Re: interior build

You can get free carpet samples from ACC directly. Just go on their website and "order" them.

USA1 Industries will be your best bet for some of your interior parts. They are the only place that has the correct colors. Just make sure your getting the correct red for your year of truck.

Re: interior build

Cheyenne pickup parts is the best place, IMHO, to go for your dash. Mine is very nice and fits well. They color and texture their interior parts to be year specific.
