scratch and dent deal on classicparts
Man I just ordered a hood a week ago and wish I would have grabbed one of these for $100. I know they are aftermarket but the damage doesn’t seem at all.
https://www.classicparts.com/mobile/...products/1195/ I don’t represent them but I do buy a lot from them.

Re: scratch and dent deal on classicparts
im guessing those pictures are stock photos and dont represent the actual hood you will recieve that may be bent up more than a pretzel. as with any part that is imperfect, best to see it in person

A new "perfect" one is $169 and these are $115. I don't like body work much. I'll gladly spend the extra $50 on one that isn't dented.

Re: scratch and dent deal on classicparts
Several years ago, I was looking at all the scratch & dent items and clearance. I found a very nice truck for my truck. I keep the truck covered, even in the garage. I want to say I paid about $40-$50 for it, when they are normally close to $200.
