NBS 07 or newer bumper fitment on 2000-2007classc truck

I can't remember the answer to this question. Does a 2007 bumper with the steps in it bolt up to the previous model year and look alright? I really like the step bumpers on the newer trucks and found one for a good price. Just want to make sure it doesn't look completely out of place or not bolt up before I purchase.

Thanks!
