Wash and wax review

I bought this for our center console and was amazing the shine it added to the outboard.
Tried it on the ‘70 C10 today. Crazy the sheen afterwards. Paint feels like it was clay barred, or buffed then waxed.

Mother's, Meguiars, and 3m make the best car care stuff there is...from paint buffing/waxing to metal polishes.

Your truck's shine is awesome!

Re: Wash and wax review

Never seen a finish quite like that before, it's like it was sprayed with a clear coat. Good to know.

Not sure what I'm using on the C10 yet, but I'll probably run with POLYMER II paint sealant first time out. Served me well 30 years now.

I do keep her clean and waxed but this stuff definitely enhanced the finish quiet a bit.

I just ordered the 32oz jug of it. I'll try it and see how it does.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

I did the restoration in 2017. Used DuPont Nasson paint. Not terribly expensive but was very easy to spray and work with. Personally I thought it was much better than PPG shop line.
