Turn Signal Issue

On my 70 GMC, both turn signals work, but when the left turn signal is activated there is no click from the flasher. I replaced the flasher and still have the same issue. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Also, neither front signals/parks work. Do these ground thru the light itself?

Re: Turn Signal Issue

Check the bulbs and make sure they work with 12v applied. Check the bulb sockets to make sure they are clean and don't have rust on the contacts. The front turn signal housings need to have a good ground. I recommend using alligator clip test wires, available at car parts stores. You can also get a test light there, which looks like this. That will help you get it figured out.
