How do you replace the threaded plate inside the front pillar?

Yeah, I’m thinking you’ll have to get a cutting wheel and open them up that way. I’m guessing one of yours is stripped out?

Cut the A pillar open, fix the plate and then reweld it back together.

One of my lower ones fell down also. If I remember correctly I think I used a flexible magnet to fish it up and then used a 90 degree pick to hold in place ant then used some small wire looped thru the bolt holes until I got one bolt started and then cut the wire. Good luck.
