67/68 steering wheel
I've had this wheel now for a couple of years. I took a stock wheel and cut it down. I have it all back welded but haven't been able to figure out a good simple way to do the hand grips that need replacing.
Has anyone got any suggestions? Anything that could get this project back together. It has sat like this for over a year now. I like to finish it up.

Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs. |

Re: 67/68 steering wheel
I cut down a wheel for a 50 using an original 50 center and a 69 Camaro ring. The places I had gaps I used PC7 epoxy paste to build up the area and then form it to match the original contour of the wheel. Most people can't tell its not the original diameter after painting. It takes time to get it all smooth.

I have 2 things of the PC7 but how do you put it on. Does it not harden before you can get a whole section on? That's what I'm worried about.
