They are still available! Talked to Fred already. Found mine tucked away with the speaker mounting bracket in the sweatshirt pocket I was wearing when I took them out last spring sitting in the corner of my garage.

Yes, they will fit all '67-'72 factory radios.

Was this just for Blazer? I'm wondering because it does not appear to hold the speaker. There is normally a whole setup with bracket for speaker and bar that goes to the back of the radio, is that right? Just wondering what that whole thing should look like.

Thanks. So this is the bracket that goes on the back of the radio, and the radio mounting brace. I was trying to picture how it attached to the truck, but that piece was not included.
