Anyone seen one like this? Does it come apart ?

It looks like it may be the same. Mine is a 70 C20 with the HD leaf springs, A Custom Camper. I didn't have to pull it off of the splined shaft, It slid off easily. Is it a bearing with the 2 haves pressed on or is it one single replaceable piece. the rubber appears to be in good shape. shaped like a tire.

1 single replaceable piece. You should be able to Google part # in post. You can also search "HD Carrier Bearing" on this site and find other pics/posts.
