i have a few questions about this speed warning thing in my new truck(67 chev long fleet custom)...is it supposed to make noise when the needle reaches the speed warning needle? how rare are these things anyways?? ive never seen one or even heard of one till i got this truck..?? whats it worth? also is there production numbers for these trucks as far as options go?

thanks

Yes they are adjustable for a set speed and they will make noise when passing the set speed, Dont know about the production numbers on the dash but even less of these were made than the tach dashes

The speed warning dash may be worth what you paid for the whole pickup.

I think that around 2 percent of the 67's had the speed warning option.
