72 C-10 Help
Afternoon Guys ive been tracking down Gremlins in my trucks wiring ,wires going everywhere different colors its been hacked up so much its not worth to keep going with this i forgot to say 2 small fires in the wires i had to put out so can i get some idea,s what's the best complete harness to buy bumper to bumper and how many circuits do i need i want a OEM style harness stock can i get part #,s and best ace to buy it Thanks guys

I like the oem fit and finish

IMO American Autowire. Used their kit to wire my truck from end to end. Piece of cake, no issues what so ever.

I ordered my direct from American Autowire but Summit racing carries them too. I used the Classic Update Kit Part #510089
Just a tip: spend the money and buy the crimping tools kit from them as well. I know it seems expensive but these wire fittings are professional grade double crimp type so you will just get aggravated trying to crimp them with just any old tool and you will end up with electrical problems when your done. If your going to do it, do it right the first time and be done with it. |

What 70' said but I always solder mine too. I have seen crimped one come loose.
