Step Side Wire Holder Thingy - Where To Source Them?

I am working on my step side bed and need to replace the wire holder thingys that attach to the tail light bracket and hold the wires - see pics.

Any idea where I can find these? I haven't done an extensive research, just the usuals, ie. LMC, Brothers, Raybuck etc.

My truck is missing these clamps. Where were they mounted exactly?

If you can’t find an exact copy search for adel clamps.
Like this example.

I have some of those. The problem is that the holes that the bolt goes through are too all, and I would prefer to not use oversized clamps.

These have a big enough hole for a 5/16" bolt:

I ordered the 8863T26 clamps from McMaster-Carr, and they fit just right.

I noticed over the weekend that the same holder thingy is used at the headlight high beam switch on the floor for the gas tank wire & in dome light.
