Yep, that'll work. 5/32" = .1562"
Easily falls within the B-B gaps shown in the assembly manual.

Since this was brought up I have to add my 2 cents worth.
On the 64 resto that is near completion I was amazed at how easy it was to get all of the door, cowl and hood gaps to line up compared to my 66 Chevelle, 55 Chevy post car, 58 Impala and 72 Cutlass. I do have some narrow gaps at the upper B-pillars where we patched in the skin from a donor truck but I can live with it. |
