Is it true that a Ford one ton rim fit on a Chevy?

well the Super Duty F-250 & F-350 switched to a metric bolt circle so they won't work. Older 8 lug 16" rims off a Ford F-250 or F-350 should work just fine.
You could probably also find suitable rims on an E-250 or E-350 van or stubnose utility, but watch some of the 250's...they have a very...umm, stupid... 7 lug pattern. Only Ford, I tell ya. Sheesh.

the front two rims on my truck are off of a f250.

So it is true. I have 4 chevys & 1 ford on the 1988..

I thought I was after seeing a Ford mark on the rim...

They all look the same on the truck too. The hub caps fit also.
